Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we never collect, and how your team's work is used to write briefs and updates.
What we collect
Account details: name, work email, workspace name, team type and team size you give us at signup.
Workspace content: projects, tasks, comments, files, time entries and client updates your team creates.
Connected data: pull request, commit and calendar metadata from tools you choose to connect, such as GitHub, GitLab, Slack or Google Calendar.
Usage data: basic logs such as sign-in times, browser type and errors, used to keep the service running.
What we do not collect
- Screenshots of anyone’s screen.
- Keystrokes, mouse movement or idle time.
- Productivity or activity scores for individuals.
How AI uses your data
The AI Daily Brief, workload suggestions and client update drafts are generated only from your own workspace content. Each line of a brief links to the task, comment or commit it came from.
Your workspace content is never used to train models for other customers. Client updates remain drafts until a person on your team reviews and sends them.
Workload suggestions exist to help managers balance work. They are not performance ratings and are not shared outside your workspace.
How we use information
- To run your workspace and deliver briefs, notifications and exports.
- To send login details, service notices and replies to your requests.
- To keep accounts secure and investigate misuse.
- To improve reliability and fix bugs, using aggregated usage data.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that host, secure or deliver the service on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it, or when required by law.
Client logins see only the project they are invited to. Internal comments, hours and other projects stay hidden.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to people who need it to support you. Sunday Edition workspaces can use single sign-on and audit logs.
Retention and deletion
Workspace content is kept while your account is active. Workspace owners can export everything at any time. When a workspace is deleted, its content is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
Your choices
You can view, correct, export or delete your personal information from your account settings or by writing to the Team Desk. Workspace owners control which integrations are connected and whether time tracking is switched on.
