Section B · Project Boards

Projects you can read at a glance.

Boards, lists, timelines and calendars over the same tasks. Software teams run delivery, agencies run client work, and nobody keeps a second spreadsheet.

What a board can holdProject Boards

Boards with real columns

Columns map to your workflow, from Backlog to Shipped. Set limits so "In review" never quietly fills up.

Lists for the details

Sort and group by owner, due date, client or priority. Bulk edit twenty tasks at once.

Timelines with dependencies

Drag a bar and every dependent task shifts with it. Milestones mark client sign-offs.

Calendar view

Deadlines and launches on a month grid, synced with Google Calendar.

Saved views

Save "My client work this week" once and open it every Monday.

Templates

Start a new website or app project from a template with phases, tasks and owners already set.

How it worksFour steps

Import

Bring in Jira projects, Trello boards or an Excel plan. Statuses and owners come along.

Shape

Pick columns, set custom fields like client, budget or platform.

Plan

Lay phases on the timeline and link the tasks that depend on each other.

Run

Work the board day to day. The daily brief reports what moved.

The full storyProject Boards

A board should tell you what is stuck before someone has to say it in a meeting.

Project Boards are built for teams that deliver for someone: a client, a product owner, a launch date. Every card carries its owner, due date and status reason, so a blocked card says why it is blocked, not just that it is.

Agencies can run several client projects side by side with a portfolio view that shows each project as one line: on track, at risk or late, with the reason pulled from the tasks underneath.

Because all four views read the same data, there is no "the board says one thing, the timeline says another" problem. What the team updates is what the account lead sees.
