Terms of Service
The rules for using workspaces, AI features, plans and billing, written as plainly as we could.
Using the service
These terms apply to your use of this project and task management service, including Project Boards, Sprint Planner, Task List, AI Daily Brief, Timesheets, Workload View and Client Updates.
By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
Accounts and workspaces
- You must give accurate signup details and keep login credentials private.
- Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite, including client logins.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Plans and billing
The Morning Edition is free for workspaces of up to 10 people. Paid editions are billed per user per month in US dollars, either monthly or yearly in advance.
Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by law.
Your content
You own the projects, tasks, comments, files and time entries your team creates. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you, including generating briefs, suggestions and client update drafts.
You can export your content at any time.
AI features
AI briefs, workload suggestions and client update drafts are generated from your workspace content and may contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them, and review client updates before sending. Workload suggestions do not reassign work on their own.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to monitor people covertly or to rank individuals by activity.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not resell access without written permission.
Integrations
When you connect GitHub, GitLab, Slack, Google Calendar or other tools, their own terms also apply. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and may update features over time. We will give notice before removing a major feature from a paid edition.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from workspace settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms after notice, or immediately where needed to protect the service or other users. After cancellation you have 30 days to export your content.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
