See who’s overloaded before Friday.

Capacity per person

Set weekly hours, part-time schedules and leave. Load is measured against what people actually have.

Load by team

Design, backend, QA and content as weather: sunny, cloudy or stormy.

Suggested moves

Which tasks to shift and to whom, with the before and after load for both people.

Manager approval

Approve, change or dismiss. Every move is logged with who approved it.

Next week view

Spot crunch coming from deadlines that land on the same days.

No scoring

No productivity scores, no rankings. Load is a planning tool.

The full storyWorkload View

Workload suggestions help managers balance work. They are not performance ratings.

The Workload View answers the question every lead asks on Monday: can we take this on, and who has room? It reads estimates and due dates from every project, not just one board.

Suggestions consider skills and project membership. A backend task is suggested to someone on the backend team who is already on that project, not to whoever has the emptiest week.

Nothing is reassigned on its own. When a manager approves a move, both people see it in tomorrow’s brief with the reason.
